Late last night I saw on Facebook that long-time Star Wars writer Aaron Allston had collapsed on his way to VisionCon, a convention in Branson, MO, and a short time later died at the hospital from a massive heart attack.  He was 53.  Allston had diabetes and a few years ago he'd suffered a heart attack while on book tour, which precipitated surgery ( Read more... )
